Holzer Health System is excited to announce an opening for an Audiology Externship at our state-of-the-art clinic in Gallipolis, OH! Located in beautiful southeast Ohio, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional auditory care to our diverse patients of all ages.
As an extern with us, you will have the opportunity to work under the supervision of our CCC-A audiologists and alongside our ENT physicians and nurse practitioners to learn the intricacies of:
- Vestibular services
- Cochlear implants
- Tinnitus assessment
- Diagnostic testing
- Hearing aid fitting and dispensing
Our team emphasizes a patient-centered approach and you will be encouraged to develop your communication and interpersonal skills as you engage with patients from various backgrounds. We are committed to fostering a supportive learning environment including case discussions, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuing education to enhance your professional development.
