$3,000 Audiologist Referral Bonus

• $3,000 referral bonus paid to the referring individual
• Bonus is paid after the referred audiologist completes 90 days of employment
• Referral must be submitted prior to or at the time of the candidate’s application
• Referred audiologist must be hired and remain in good standing through the 90-day period

About the Role

• Independently manage a patient schedule with the support of Audiologist Assistants.
• Play an active role in clinic development, including contributing clinic decision making and growing your skillset.
• Develop meaningful relationships with both adult and pediatric patients through comprehensive consultations and customized care plans.
• Dispense and fit hearing aids based on individual needs, providing ongoing counseling and support.
• Collaborate in a team-oriented environment that enjoys coming together, like an office potluck!
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–12pm (flexibility to enjoy long weekends!).

What You Bring
