“We give patients a personalized experience which sets us apart from our corporate counterparts. Many of us on this team wear or have loved ones who wear hearing aids, giving us varied insights to our patients’ needs and motivations. While it is rewarding being able to fix a hearing aid, my favorite part is seeing the relief from a patient because we were able to connect them back with their world. As for living near the Danbury area, it has a little bit of everything for everyone including city life and country life! There are many hidden gems in Danbury from varied cultural restaurants to scenic parks for hiking or walking. You can always find great food here and a place to picnic all year round!” – Amber Radden, Audiology Department
