Decibel Hearing Servicesin Thousand Oaks is a small private practice with a family feel. We keep things calm and supportive – no rushing, no quotas, and no “factory” pace. You’ll have the time and space to focus on patients, build trust, and do the kind of audiology that feels good at the end of the day.

What You’ll Do

• Manage your own patient schedule with Audiologist Assistant support
• Build long‑term relationships with adult and pediatric patients
• Provide thoughtful, individualized hearing care
• Dispense and fit hearing aids with ongoing coaching and counseling
• Perform VNG testing when needed
• Contribute ideas as we continue growing our practice
• Travel between our two offices (just 20–25 minutes apart)
• Schedule: Mon–Thu: 9am–5pm, Fri: 9am–12pm (hello, long weekends!)

What You Bring

• Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.)
• Active CA license (or eligibility to obtain)
