We are a well-established, private practice actively interviewing top talent to serve patients in our Silverdale, WA location.
What You’ll Do
As a Hearing Instrument Specialist at Olympic Hearing & Balance, you’ll provide thoughtful, patient-centered hearing care while working alongside a supportive and experienced clinical team. A day in the life could include:
- Hearing aid evaluations, consultations, and recommendations
- Hearing aid selection, fitting, programming, and follow-up care
- Real-ear verification and hearing aid adjustments
- Patient education on hearing technology, device care, and communication strategies
- Ongoing support to help patients get the most out of their hearing devices
- Collaboration with audiologists and other team members to support long-term patient outcomes
- Building strong patient relationships through clear communication, care, and follow-through
What We’re Looking For
- Washington state Hearing Instrument Specialist license
- Experience with hearing aid testing, fitting, programming, and follow-up care
- Strong patient counseling and communication skills
- A compassionate, service-minded approach to hearing care
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team
