We are hiring a Hearing Instrument Specialist to join Dr. Novick and our team. You will step into a thriving, well-established clinic with strong patient demand and a loyal patient base, in a setting where clinical excellence and patient relationships come first.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat adult patients with hearing loss and related auditory conditions
• Perform hearing evaluations and hearing aid fittings using Real Ear Measurement (REM)

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist or Hearing Aid Dispenser in California
• Passion for evidence-based hearing care
• Comfortable across a mix of diagnostics, treatment, and services
• Collaborative mindset with a drive for clinical excellence

Pay: $90,000-$120,000+
