Torrance Audiology Center is seeking an Audiologist to join our close-knit team in coastal Southern California. You’ll also have dedicated support from our billing team and hearing aid technician, who assists with repairs, troubleshooting, quality assurance, device/phone pairing, and other technical needs—allowing our Audiologists to focus more of their time on patient care.

Choose the Role That Fits You

Part-Time – Diagnostics Focus
We’re primarily looking to add approximately 2–2.5 days of diagnostic coverage per week, with flexibility in how those hours are distributed. This is a great option for an Audiologist who enjoys diagnostics and is looking for a flexible part-time schedule. Depending on your interests and experience, hearing aid responsibilities may also be incorporated.

Full-Time – Diagnostics + Dispensing
Our full-time Audiologist will provide comprehensive diagnostic care while also managing hearing aid evaluations, recommendations, fittings, follow-up care, and ongoing patient support.

What You’ll Do

Depending on whether you join us part-time or full-time, responsibilities may include:

• Comprehensive audiological evaluations
• VNG testing
• Interpretation and communication of test results
• Patient counseling and appropriate referrals
• Hearing aid evaluations, recommendations, fittings, and follow-up care
• Collaboration with Audiologists and support staff to provide an excellent patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible California Audiology licensure
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• VNG experience preferred
• Hearing aid dispensing experience for full-time candidates
• New graduates and experienced Audiologists are encouraged to apply
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required

Compensation

Part-Time Audiologist:  $50-$60 per hour

Full-Time Audiologist:  $95,000-$115,000 base + commission
