This paid externship offers an excellent opportunity to expand your clinical skills while working side-by-side with knowledgeable and approachable CCC-A audiologists in a collaborative environment.

Skills to have mastered prior to start:
- Diagnostic hearing evaluations
- OAEs
- Tympanograms
- Reflexes
- Masking
- Explaining audiogram results
- Basic hearing aid programming
- Pairing hearing aids to phones
Skills expected to learn/demonstrate:
- Strengthen basic clinical skills
- Gain valuable experience with hearing aids and diagnostics
- Advanced hearing aid programming
- Earmold modification
- Tinnitus
- Patient counseling skills
- Manage a full patient caseload
- Electroacoustic analysis and test box management
- Real Ear measurements
This is a full-time position (Monday-Thursday 8-5, Fridays 8-1pm) paid with a stipend of $35,000-$40,000, eligible for paid time off and company holidays.
