A Day in the Life
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered audiologic care
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations
- Dispense and fit hearing aids based on individual needs
- Build strong patient relationships through counseling and follow-up
- Participate in community outreach—helping educate the community and grow the practice
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000–$125,000 base + commission
- Sign-on bonus
- Full benefits (medical, dental, vision)

What We’re Looking For
- Au.D. (or equivalent)
- California license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset
- Someone motivated to grow professionally and engage with the community
